The owner
Kai Abraham
Kai grew up in the south west of Scotland, where he served his time as a joiner before moving to Glasgow. It's a background that shows: he can walk into a house, read what it needs and price the work in his head before the kettle has boiled.
In Glasgow he went on to build and fit out large family homes and mansions in the suburbs of the city. These were the kind of projects where the finish has to be right and the client is standing next to you while you do it. Today he manages building sites and oversees jobs from start to handover, meeting homeowners on site and walking them through what has been done and what's still to come. Years of those conversations taught him the thing this business runs on: tell people the truth, in plain words, early.
Property was always the plan. Kai wanted to build something of his own, and he wanted it to be useful, because the people who most need to sell a house are usually the people getting the worst deal on offer. KOJ Property Solutions is his answer to that: a fair price, a firm date, and a straight conversation. He has built a team of trusted trades around him to renovate what they buy properly, so the homes go back into use better than they were found.
