Off-market sellers
Sold quietly. No listing, no boards, no portal history.
Some sales simply shouldn't be advertised. An off-market sale happens directly between you and the buyer. Nothing appears on the portals, no sign goes up outside, and neighbours, tenants or colleagues never need to know it happened.
Why sellers go off-market
Discretion is the whole point
- You don't want tenants, staff or neighbours to know the property is for sale
- A portfolio or multiple units you'd rather not advertise piecemeal
- Personal circumstances you would prefer to keep private
- A property whose condition would attract the wrong kind of attention
- You want to avoid a public price-reduction history on the portals
What confidentiality means here
Your enquiry is handled by one person. We don't circulate details to investor lists, we don't market the property, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you tell us anything specific. If we can't buy it, the conversation ends there.
How it runs
A quiet sale, start to finish
- 01
A private conversation
Direct with the owner of the business. NDA first if you'd prefer, before any address is shared.
- 02
A discreet inspection
One visit, arranged at a time that suits you. No signage, no photographer, no marketing pack.
- 03
A quiet completion
Solicitors handle it as a normal private treaty sale. Nothing is advertised at any point.
Portfolios
Multiple properties, one conversation
If you're a landlord winding down, we'll look at the whole portfolio rather than cherry-picking the good ones. Tenants in situ are fine, and in many cases we would rather keep them, which means no eviction process and no rental void for you.
Send an anonymised schedule if you'd rather not share addresses up front: unit types, rough locations, rents and condition are enough for us to tell you whether we're a serious buyer.
